All the resolutions..

2019 sent so many wonderful thoughts for me before hand. December has been a great month which showered me with so many sensible ideas and life changing thoughts.

I have resolved to exercise, continue my journaling, be minimal, and give and get more love. Also, I’ve resolved to change my life with my life partner. I’m going to motivate him everyday to be a better person and mutually getting up early to reach our goals.

Meditation resolution I’ve not yet promised myself because it takes lots of strength.

Thought of the day

The planet doesn’t need so much stuff and so much conversion of resources into the things we don’t need. The planet need happy beings, joyous creatures and satisfied humans. Humans who look forward to exploring the Earth. Humans being kinder than their belief. Humans showing that they are worthiness of sustaining, in an environment more than just comfort.

Do not let failure fail you!

Success may take years to come. Because the world is over populated.

For example, if you are building a channel on youtube and want a million followers, you will have to work for at least a year on it. There are people who have been doing youtube from years. And it takes days to reach the video to so many people. And your genre of interest may not be of so many others. So calm down and do not give up.

The very first achievement is finding what you really want to do. So you are already great. Most of us just let things happen and keep doing what we are doing and wait, for things to happen for when we will start thinking what we want to do.

Finding happiness in small completion of goals is another great stuff. It keeps us motivated and we feel like an achiever.

Do not work only for success. Work for inspiration. Work for what inspires us and motivates us. Work for what inspires others and motivates them to be better and kind to the planet, humans and all little and big beings living with us.

On finding a lost soul

Good things do make a difference.

I have seen such huge difference in my attitude towards life. I’m better at focusing at the areas I want to work on. I am completely avoiding the areas that do not serve my purpose in life or that do not grow me.

Areas of interest are very much in travelling, donating, writing and doing something for the society everyday to make a difference in the world. I look forward everyday to nourish, care for and love my husband and child.

Somehow, removing the clutter has given me so much space. I’m not only talking about my closet, but also in my mind. God knows how, I have so much more time every single day.

I’m focusing on how to get up early in the morning and start journaling to utilise this wonderful time. I’m also learning effective ways to journal. And being self disciplined.

One little step at a time.

In charge of my actions

No one but me. I am the one who has brought my life here. ‘I wish I had done this..’ take charge now. Bring little changes, stay away from negativity, a little step at a time towards your goal.

Everything takes time. That huge Banyan Tree has taken hundreds of years to be the brilliance we all look at with wonder. Be that. Have strong roots and keep moving forward.

Positive motivation

Positive motivation towards achieving the goal always work.

Internet is a flow of over pouring information. How do we achieve what we want to? How do you get hundreds of followers? I am not in any obvious position to say this, but I’ve discovered.

If you share/publish a post, picture or video, you get likes, stars or comments. These are short term awards. They do not define you in a long term but in a short term you are praised for your work. You feel appreciated and loved. You start doing more of it. Its a cycle.

Then comes the number, how do we increase it. It becomes a habit to see ourself liked and we become addicted. This addiction is good as long as we keep going in a direction that serves us better and guides us closer to our goal. Being a great blogger.

The more people you reach out to, the more people you get connected with and that compatibility grows. Networking is important.

New content is important. Stop sharing what people want to hear. It may be interesting for sometime, but you may lose your real depth of writing. Write your heart, whether or not people like it.

21 days challenge

Whatever in this world you want to achieve is possible. Just Start somewhere.

When I took the example of my father, I see a man coming from no where. He was born in a town- people do not even know exists. He is working from the age of sixteen. Now, he owns his own house, has a set business with ups and lows, married children with kids. When I look at myself 20 years from now, I do not see myself building a house from my own money. I may be equally educated if I compare the generation gap and colleagues. I have more facilities than he had, but I lack the will power of hard work. I lack the will power of consistency.

Was my father educated enough? Did he have a great background? No. He was in negatives. But he was a hard worker. And he listened to his heart plus his parents and elders. My grandparents were very motivating when it came to men and their own children.

Hard work will pay off.

So, here goes the 21 days challenge. This will help you in whatever you want to do. Take the challenge and start motivating yourself each day. If you a facebook, instagram, snapchat, whatsapp, youtube twitter or any other type of scroller, search for motivating videos and posts. Watch them, get motivated each day for minimum 21days.

Motivation is like food. You need it every single day. Because there is so much shit in life, we need good food that treats our mind like medicine does after cuts and injuries.

Things take time. No one reaches anywhere if they cannot give years of hard work. Always remember one thing, success will take years, one days failure or one months failure or one years failure will not decide your whole life. See what you want to build in five to ten years, and work so hard that no one around you may be doing, and maintain that edge.

Talk positive, motivate people. Be Bold.

Where are you?

I’m sitting here on my bed typing on my phone about a thought that can change the world.

One simple thought has the power to change the world. I may not be the most informed person or travelled human or having great English vocabulary. But I have a mind, which is mine.

Swami Vivekanand had a thought that every human has their own mind, heart, eyes, ears, mouth , nose and other parts to speak, listen and do what they feel right and make choices of their own. To be done with a kind heart.

Does all this have meaning? Social platforms that has taken over the world. Non-communicating best friends and families. Everything feels so near yet nothing touches our heart.

I may feel being best friends with Priyanka Chopra, but she does not know if I exist. I have love for Meghan Markle’s smile, but hey did I even spell the dutchess last name right? My husband may bring a bunch of red roses for me on a random day (the best thing a wife can ask) but did he get me that Prada bag, I whispered in his ears.

The world is becoming so careless. Earth will not go into blackhole, humans may.

So just stand up, and run away from living a monotonous life. When you see a big celebrity or brand endorsing themselves, look up to them for the fact that they are working on themselves.

Important Tips On Keeping it together

Wake up early. Take that one hour to care for yourself. Exercise, yoga, meditate, play your favourite sport, do a facial regime, go for a walk, sit outside alone, read, journalise, watch the birds and butterflies, watch the sunrise, drive the car, bike or bicycle, go hiking, or do whatever makes your waking early fruitful for your heart and brain. Be an achiever of things you love. Waking up early signals parts of your brain that you are important and you are an achiever. Starting to wake up early can totally change your life.

Self Care. Go for that body massage. Take that haircut. Gift yourself something. Smile often. Sleep. Shower. Pamper yourself. Eat at your favourite restaurant. Cook your favourite recipe. Drink plenty of water.

Call your friends. Meet them regularly. Treat yourself the way you treat them. Friends are happiness, they can make life way more easier. Also, start being Your friend.

Motivate yourself. To be happy. Listen to an encouraging podcast. Watch that mentor you like. Listen to the Tedx talk on Youtube and other online platforms. One each day.

Journal on things that are important. Journalising is what keeps us organised and a pen and paper is something that does the trick to achieve more. Pen and paper make things real.

I’ve started working on Journalising my priorities in life this week. We can work on the ways to do it correctly, together. Post in comments below.

Write down how you feel. Write about all the things that make you upset. Also, about all the things that make you happy and content. Write about where you want to reach and what you want to do.

Read. Read what you write. A month later. Read that happy page you wrote. Read that book that you actually want to read. There is so much stuff available to read rather than just sitting there in your comfort zone and thinking about nothing or something that adds no value to YOU. Pick something up and read. Newspaper, magazines, books, online sites, start investing in yourself. Read for five minutes daily. And slowly increase the time to reading half hour religiously, everyday.

Donate. This year I found so much difference in myself donating all the problems that I had. My problems were so much clutter of things like clothes, footwear, bags, makeup, accessories and more. Just keeping me occupied without serving anything. Keeping me messed up without helping to define who I really am. Donating all the things I don’t really need made me happy. I also donated things that I may need because I had four or more. So I kept one and donated three for people who do not have even one. My life is so drastically organised and I’m getting compliments every single day on my style. From people I rarely expect. I have a more clear thought of what I want to do for myself. I am still very far from being a minimalist (read: happy human) but I will reach there soon. Remember, its a never ending process. But its worth it.

Say NO. This one hit me today. I know this since forever. But today it hit me. First, work on yourself. Be your version of yourself. It may take months but keep on going, keep reading, listening, motivating, writing. All the negativity will come out, in tears, anger, nausea, but keep going. Keep encouraging yourself to change things that hinder your mental happiness. You will find what really affects you. What really serves you. Time will come when you’ll realise that there are events, parties, people that you want to say NO to. And its totally okay. Do it. Say it. Let them mind. Say it for yourself. Say No if that going out will make you not happy. And say yes if you want to do it, if it will make you happy, if it will teach you something, if there’s a person you shall meet, if you want to eat out. And say no if there is something more important that you shall be doing. I’ll start doing this from today. Lets see how it goes.

Connect to people who add value to your life. People who have same values as you but more. Be in a strong social network, which doesn’t gossip but shares and work on ideas.

Change the pattern you’ve been living and Start with one thing. Pick one thing at a time. It may take a whole year, but its going to be worth it.

Because you are important.

I want to shout out loud and call for heavens to let women grow and accomplish.

Why do women hinder the growth of the same gender? It shouldn’t be the culture or religion or caste or safety or any other damned excuse to stop another human to do what she wants to do.

Lets take a pledge to say aloud that we have your back lady! Or just keep quite and take a backseat and watch her flourish and glitter.
